Can I See My Custom Design Before I Pay Deposit?
There's no charge to discuss your design and price out options. We request a deposit prior to producing CAD designs.
How Long Does The Custom Jewelry Process Take?
CAD design process takes between 3-5 days. Production process takes 2-3 weeks.
*Changes to CAD design will add additional days to the total jewelry Process time.
All custom pieces designed by Dough Spenda Ice Chest Jewelry require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. The deposit is used towards the total cost of your custom design. With this payment, the client agrees to let production of the custom piece begin. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the custom piece. Due to the intensive labor involved in custom design jewelry and the cost of materials, NO REFUNDS will be issued for any approved custom design work under any circumstance. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER APPROVAL OF CAD DESIGN. If you are not satisfied with the CAD design and would not like to move forward with production you will be charged $200 for the CAD design and the remaining deposit will be refunded to you. 60 Day Manufactuer Warranty
