Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment is confirmed.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders require 1-4 weeks to complete. This does not include the shipping time

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days after completion.

GENERAL INFORMATION

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Dough Spenda Ice Chest reserves the right to cancel ANY ORDER that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your happiness is our priority, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 7 days of your delivery date.

RETURNS

Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes jewelry boxes and original packaging. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way. Refunds will ONLY be excepted within 7 days of the original order. After 7 days ONLY exchanges will be accepted.

EXCHANGES

To initiate an exchange, items must be returned in original condition without signs of wear ,damage, or alteration and in original packaging and must be received back within 14 days from order delivery date.

Please contact us directly at doughspendaicechest@gmail.com for refund or exchange and we will issue a return address. You will be responsible for paying for return or exchange shipping costs.

WE DO NOT REFUND OR ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON ANY CUSTOM ORDERS OR SALE ITEMS.
